Please note that there will be a convenience fee added to your payment by the company that processes the online payments. This fee is no less than $1.95 or 2.75% of the amount of the payment.

Todd County Water District will work diligently to ensure that the Billing system and credit card processors are accurate and functioning properly, however, the district does not guarantee that the information, processes or services will be uninterrupted. It is the sole responsibility of the enrollee to ensure that his/her bill(s) are paid on time regardless of the proper functioning of the billing system, internet, PC, ISP or any other component of an online system. Circumstances resulting from the use of the online system are the sole responsibility of the enrollee.
